Rates

All Stays Must Be for a Minimum of 4 Nights.  Rates Are Listed for 2009.  We must also charge 7% Maine Sales Tax in Addition to Rates Shown.

$300 Deposit/Security at the Time of Confirmation of Reservation.

Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis and if accepted there is an additional $100 security deposit required and additional nightly charge of $25/night.

June 6—June 26, 2009  $250/night ,  $1100/week plus 7% ME Sales Tax

June 27-August 28, 2009  $400/night,  $1975/week, plus 7% ME Sales Tax

August 29-September 25, 2009  $225/night,  $1000/week plus 7% ME Sales Tax
