All Stays Must Be for a Minimum of at least 4 Nights or 1 week in the prime season.  Rates Are Listed for 2011.  We must also charge 7% Maine Sales Tax in Addition to Rates Shown.

$300 Deposit/Security at the Time of Confirmation of Reservation.

Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis and if accepted there is an additional $100 security deposit required and additional nightly charge of $25/night.

May 28—July 1, 2011  $1200/week, or $200/night (weekday) $400 (weekend) plus 7% ME Sales Tax on all amounts. (4 night minimum).

July 2 -Sept. 2, 2011  $2050/week, plus 7% ME Sales Tax. (One week minimum)

September 3 -October 1, 2011   $1200/week, $200/night (weekday) $400 (weekend) plus 7% ME Sales Tax. (4 night minimum).
