All Stays Must Be for a Minimum of at least 4 Nights or 1 week in the prime season.  Rates Are Listed for 2010.  We must also charge 7% Maine Sales Tax in Addition to Rates Shown.

$300 Deposit/Security at the Time of Confirmation of Reservation.

Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis and if accepted there is an additional $100 security deposit required and additional nightly charge of $25/night.

June 5—June 26, 2010  $1200/week $200/night plus 7% ME Sales Tax

June 26 -September 4, 2010  $2050/week, plus 7% ME Sales Tax. (One week minimum)

September 4 -September 25, 2010   $1200/week, $200/night (weekday) $400 (weekend) plus 7% ME Sales Tax. (4 night minimum).
