We have 615 feet of riverfront property.  Right around the corner (tip of Barter’s Island) is the Sheepscott River and then the Atlantic Ocean.  At low tide there are some mud flats for playing, or for digging worms for fishing.  Put in a canoe, or row boat from the dock or jump right into the water and swim.  This cozy, comfortable home offers four bedrooms, living room, dining area, plus breakfast/game table with a well-equipped kitchen and 2 1/2 baths.  Over 2100 square ft. of living space.

Nearby is a picturesque seaport, Boothbay Harbor.  We are about 3 hours from Boston and about 1 hour from Portland, ME.
